🚀 Debt data can now be stored and referenced in Dottid. Management of debt capital is essential on nearly all properties and users can now upload and keep track of important debt details and critical dates on their loans.

  • Store essential debt data, like loan balances, interest rate, and maturity dates, so that an entire asset management team is on the same page.

  • Track when loan covenant reporting is due, such as DSCR or Debt Yields.

  • View all critical loan dates, like maturities, extension option notices and reporting deadlines in a chronological timeline.

  • An encumbrance table on each property that tracks the status through notice dates.

  • The ability to exercise or waive an encumbrance.

  • Alerts when a deal with encumbered suites is created.

  • Alerts when a tenant vacates early that has a termination clause.

  • Subheaders that shows the property name on the deal page and side navigation.
