Connect to ARGUS
It’s finally here. You can now supercharge your property data by connecting to your ARGUS Cloud account, so you can access your ARGUS data without ever leaving Dottid. Here’s the breakdown of what you can do.
Connect ARGUS Cloud Properties with Dottid
Pull in the MLAs from ARGUS and display them in Dottid
MLAs appear to Admins when viewing Deal Terms to see a side by side comparison to what’s currently being negotiated

Introducing the Leasing Performance Insights Page! See how your deals are progressing through each stage and where your deals are falling apart. In addition, a table of all your completed deals is at your fingertips displaying the total SF Completed, Average Base Rent, Average TI, and Average Term of those completed deals. It's never been easier to see how your leasing team has performed across your portfolio.
Take Control of Your Data
Take control of your data! Admins now have the ability to add properties, projects, and update slate visualizations directly in platform. In addition, adjust your retail and industrial stacking plans to ensure they are up to date as your floorplans change. You have the power to own and manage your properties data.
