What’s new and improved? 2026 Release

This release brings meaningful updates across leasing workflows, rent roll accuracy, exports, mobile performance, permissions, and MRI-connected data. The focus throughout has been simple: help asset managers and brokers move faster, trust the data more confidently, and spend less time working around friction.

This release includes improvements across deal management, inquiries, rent roll and lease visibility, leasing insights, exports, MRI-connected workflows, iOS stability, and access behavior.

Deals and inquiry workflows

Managing pipeline activity should feel quicker and more predictable. This release improves the way inquiries and deals behave across creation, conversion, completion, filtering, and follow-up actions.

New features

  • Inquiry management is cleaner and safer, with direct deletion available for unneeded inquiries and safeguards that prevent deleting inquiries already converted into deals.
  • Deal stage completion is faster and smoother, reducing clicks, supporting batch task completion, and helping users resolve incomplete tasks without interrupting required approvals.
  • Suites remain editable after a deal is completed, giving teams more flexibility when post-completion updates are needed.
  • Lease administration is easier from Deal details, with active lease termination now available directly from the page.

Bug fixes

  • Inquiry-to-deal conversion is more reliable on mobile, and converted inquiries no longer remain active in the pipeline.
  • Deal stage status and completion actions are more consistent, so stage status and the complete Deal action better reflect when required information is ready.
  • Deal completion is more stable after custom suite selection, eliminating a disruptive glitch during completion.
  • Suite-level renewal and deal creation actions are more consistent, with renewal actions displaying reliably and selected deal types carrying through more predictably.
  • Inactive deals are easier to find, with side navigation search filters now applying correctly.
  • Inquiry details are cleaner and easier to use, especially when viewing property and tenant contact information.
  • Inquiry and deal uploads better support “Undisclosed” tenants, helping prevent missed records and duplicate property associations when onboarding new properties.

Rent roll and lease management

Several updates in this release improve how lease activity and occupancy information are represented across the platform, especially for upcoming occupancy and deal-term calculations.

New features

  • Future occupancy is clearer across rent roll views, with upcoming signed leases and vacant suites with future tenants represented more consistently across the rent roll, stacking plan, visualizations, and suite cards.
  • Deal counters now better reflect in-progress pipeline activity rather than blending in completed items where they do not belong.
  • Upcoming lease terms are more visible in suite lease views, supporting faster review of future occupancy details.

Bug fixes

  • Rent roll upload term calculations are more accurate, helping lease durations align more closely with user expectations when onboarding new properties.
  • Additional rent amounts now recalculate correctly when base rent units are changed in deal terms.
  • Export calculations are more accurate, with additional rent values, leasing goals, and tenant improvement totals displaying more reliably for downstream review.
  • Total budget values now auto-calculate more consistently when creating TI projects from deals.
  • Encumbrance uploads now appear more reliably without requiring extra manual saving steps, reducing friction after import.

Exports and reporting confidence

For teams who rely on exports to share updates, validate activity, and support decision-making, this release improves clarity, ordering, and data accuracy in several high-value reports.

New features

  • Lease Activity exports and Inactive Deals & Inquiries exports are now ordered by most recent activity, so the newest and most relevant records appear first.

Bug fixes

  • Inactive Deals & Inquiries exports now show deal-related information more consistently, improving reliability for records that progressed beyond the inquiry stage.
  • Project-level rent roll exports now better respect the properties actually selected, preventing unrelated tenant records from appearing in the output.
  • Weekly digest metrics are better aligned with dashboard metrics, helping portfolio snapshots feel more consistent across channels.

Leasing insights and analytics

This release includes a strong set of improvements for leasing analytics, with a focus on making trend views, funnel reporting, and summary tables more trustworthy.

New features

  • The completed deals table in Leasing Performance now pulls more complete information, improving visibility into closed activity.

Bug fixes

  • The leasing conversion funnel now responds more accurately to time period changes, including custom date ranges.
  • Conversion funnel totals have been refined so the funnel more closely reflects the activity described in-platform.
  • Renewal retention rate calculations are now more accurate, helping teams interpret renewal performance with greater confidence.
  • Portfolio performance tenant industry breakdowns now better reflect active tenants, rather than mixing in deal-related records that do not belong in that view.

MRI-connected workflows

For teams using MRI-connected workflows, this release improves how data moves between systems and reduces noise in day-to-day monitoring.

New features

  • MRI lease sync now includes support for additional rent, helping financial details align more closely across systems.
  • Encumbrances and lease options sync more accurately from MRI, improving visibility into the items that matter at the deal level.
  • Separate deals for the same tenant on the same property are now tracked more effectively in MRI sync workflows, supporting more accurate record handling.

Bug fixes

  • Primary lease creation errors tied to MRI sync have been addressed, improving reliability when completed deals are pushed downstream.
  • MRI activity logs are cleaner and more meaningful, with fewer repetitive entries when no material change has occurred.

iOS experience and stability

iOS users should see a more dependable experience in this release, especially when working with inquiries and deals on the go.

  • Intermittent mobile crashes tied to deal access and updates have been addressed, improving reliability while working in the Deals area.
  • Inquiry and deal forms on mobile are more stable, helping prevent broken records and downstream issues.
  • Broader mobile UI and UX issues have been cleaned up, improving overall usability.

Permissions and visibility

Access behavior has also been refined so users see the information that matches their role more appropriately.

  • Contributor and guest experiences on property and deal overview pages now align better with intended permissions, helping maintain cleaner role-based visibility.

Property-level experience

A few additional fixes improve property-level reliability and reduce disruptive errors.

  • A property image-related crash in the PropertySlate flow has been resolved, improving stability when image data is missing.
  • Errors encountered on the Debt page were investigated and addressed through related reliability work, contributing to a smoother property management experience.
