🚨 What's New?
On the deal terms edit page, 'Additional Rent' is now 'Total Additional Rent'
On the line titled 'Total Additional Rent', an edit button allows you to select which additional rent types apply to the specific deal
The types of additional rent include CAM, taxes, insurance, electricity, parking, structural, utilities, signage, storage and other.
The unit for each of every additional rent type can be PSF/Yr, PSF/Mo or Total/Mo. We will auto-calculate the Total Additional Rent to match the same units as base rent
